1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the audio utilities hosted on https://www.sonicaurastudio.com (the "Service"), you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please immediately opt-out and terminate use of our audio processing tools.

2. License Grant & Permitted Usage

We grant you a temporary, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to utilize the Service for:

  • Personal audio testing, singing pitch evaluations, metronome feedback, and vocal warm-up training.
  • Evaluating localized pitch frequencies without extracting or storing copyrighted materials.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, crawl, or aggressively automate API requests back to our backend audio processing containers.

3. Audio Data & Device Capabilities

Your microphone and speakers are utilized strictly inside your web sandboxed browser shell:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your physical microphone and computer environment do not emit extreme, ear-damaging frequencies.
  • Sonicaura Studio is not responsible for physical device defects, hearing damages, or speaker/headphone issues resulting from extreme client-side feedback gain levels.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SONICAURA STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OPERATING ACCURACY, PITCH CALIBRATION CORRECTNESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE TOOLS WILL FUNCTION CONTINUOUSLY WITHOUT NETWORK DROPS.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SONICAURA STUDIO, ITS FOUNDERS, OR RESELLERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PERSONAL ENJOYMENT) ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR THE INABILITY TO PROPERLY RUN THE CLIENT AUDIO TOOLS, EVEN IF AWARE OF THE POTENTIAL OF SUCH RISKS.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise, update, or append paragraphs inside these Terms of Service at any given time. Your continued usage of our web-based tools serves as explicit consent to remain bound by the newly updated agreements.

7. Credit Purchases & Usage

Purchased credits are limited‑use digital tokens for Sonicaura Studio processing features such as stem separation and MIDI conversion.

  • Credits are non‑refundable once consumed, subject to our Refund Policy.
  • Credits have no cash value, may not be resold, transferred or redeemed for real‑world currency.
  • We reserve the right to adjust credit consumption rates upon reasonable advance notice.
