Refund Policy

1. Digital Service Notice

Sonicaura Studio provides web-based digital SaaS services including audio stem separation, MIDI export and music-related features. All purchases are for digital, non-physical credit packages. No physical goods will be shipped to you.

2. Credit / Point Package Purchases

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase,provided you have not consumed any of your purchased credits.

Once credits are consumed for processing tasks such as stem separation or MIDI conversion, refunds are not available.

3. Refund Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests for suspected account abuse, excessive usage, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
